My order number is 10430. I placed this order the first week of January 2018. I knew it would take a long time to come and that was fine. What bothered me was that the tracking number did not work and there was confusion when I contacted customer service as to where it was. I asked for a refund, but was told it was too late. So I waited for this silly item that came almost a month later. When it arrived the item was defective/incomplete. They were magnets that were completely missing the magnet part. I looked in the bag willing to just glue them on myself, but there were none of be found. I informed Kim from customer service about this matter on February 1st. Her only response has been that she has been trying to figure this out with logistics. I want a refund. This experience has been awful. I do not want a resend of the item i ordered and i do not want to have to deal with this website ever again. It should not take a week for you to figure out what to do. I would like my money back in full. I do not want a store credit. This is ridiculous.
